Investment Strategy

Acquisition of raw and entitled land. Assemblage of existing structures that have the capability of yielding a higher value and better use, fulfilling the demand for true luxury rentals.


Project Types

Podium mid-rise apartment communities. Mixed-use properties consisting of retail space complimenting multi-residential units.


Project Size

25 unit minimum


Deal Structures

100% fee simple interest, joint venture, and strategic partnerships


Preferred Attributes

Sites adjacent to mass transit hubs, close proximity to the ocean, parks, and other community serving amenities


Preferred Locations

Prime locations within The City of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood
